Hello and welcome to Career Pump – Performing Under Mother Pressure. My name is Jenn DiRaddo Jefferson and I am a Certified Human Resources Leader with the Human Resources Professional Association. I own my own business (6 hair salons) with my partner and sister and work as a career coach, mentor and motivational speaker. In the past I have worked in Human Resources and Talent Management roles, at the corporate level, with Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. I have traveled all over the world as a recruiter and have been a teacher of Human Resources Management and Leadership at the college level.
As a business owner, mother of two awesome boys and wife to the best team mate there is in this life, you would think that would be all I need. It is not! Beyond that I am a woman with a lot of goals, a lot of passion and a huge to do list. I struggle with anxiety and trying to be everything to everyone. I thrive on lifting others up and guiding people toward their potential. I’m learning as I go and sharing my experiences along the way.
